How to Recharge Game Tokens

   Select the Game

   Choose the game you want to top up from the list of supported games.

   Select the Recharge Package

   Choose the amount of in-game currency you want to purchase.

   Enter Your Game ID

   Enter the correct Game ID or Player ID required for the selected game. Please ensure the information is accurate before proceeding.

   Complete the Payment

   Make the payment using the available payment method provided on the platform.

5. 5

   Submit Payment Confirmation

   After payment, submit the required payment confirmation if requested.

6. 6

   Order Processing

   Once payment is verified, our system processes the recharge and delivers the purchased currency to your game account.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct Game ID.
• Orders cannot be reversed once the recharge is successfully delivered to the specified account.
• Orders may be delayed if payment verification is required.

Account Verification (KYC)

To protect users and prevent fraudulent transactions, Bhutan Game Token Sale may require identity verification (KYC) once a user's total spending exceeds Nu. 3,000.

Users may receive a notification when spending reaches approximately Nu. 2,000 informing them that verification may soon be required.

Verification Requirements

Users may be asked to provide:

• A photo of their Bhutan CID card
• Name matching the payment account used
• Additional verification information if required
